Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, using cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers to restore structural integrity and finish with factory-specified paint or equivalent. Safety and quality are paramount in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Use tools to straighten, weld, or replace damaged sections.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
