Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold our brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, using tools for body work, realigning chassis, replacing parts, welding, repainting, and inspecting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents and body damage and replace or repair parts as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Repair or replace glass, interiors, and repaint vehicles as required.
• Weld and fit parts; complete work within labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
