You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars to pre-accident condition, aligning frames and replacing parts as needed while upholding speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical program or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality and speed KPI targets.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Prepare and repaint vehicles with factory-spec or equivalent finishes.
