Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and realign vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition while maintaining our standards of speed, quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school completion or 3-year auto body apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, paint as required.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
