Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and care. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, ensuring speed, quality, and customer satisfaction while working with a collaborative team.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair. Expertise with body repair methods and right tool handling is essential to meet our KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to align with KPIs and quality standards.
• Work with team to ensure safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers and pliers to repair sections of a vehicle.
