Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Estimator to provide an excellent customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth process and alignment with KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair steps, and ensuring compliance with DRP and insurance requirements while working with the management team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Support team with daily production walks and KPI goals
• Uphold core values of honesty, integrity, and respect
