Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Ability to locate answers and resources quickly.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance with DRP processes.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with accurate details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drops, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support the team with positive, proactive engagement.
• Participate in production walks and safety meetings as required.
• Assist teammates as needed and attend training sessions.
