Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate estimates, and coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions and keep stakeholders informed to drive a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, with basic computer skills and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Ability to guide customers through the repair process with accurate information.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and insurance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with information and guide them through the repair steps.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
