Convergint is seeking a full-time sales professional as part of our College Development Program in Virginia. You will prospect, cultivate relationships, and secure opportunities while delivering world-class service.

Through a six-month training program, you’ll gain Convergint knowledge and tools to succeed in a dynamic team. You will develop proposals, understand client needs, and grow with a culture that values integrity, accountability, and results.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years sales or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Collaborate with partners across industries to grow accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed project plans and proposals.
• Support growth through networking, events, and industry involvement.
