Convergint is seeking full-time, enthusiastic sales colleagues to join our College Development Program in Richmond, VA. You will receive six months of training, network with peers, and then apply your knowledge to win new opportunities while delivering world-class service.

You’ll build relationships across industries, develop proposals, and work with operations to drive growth. The culture emphasizes integrity, opportunity for all, and a team-first approach as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years sales or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proactively source sales & service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to cultivate and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries to sell solutions.
• Develop business opportunities, conduct needs assessments and write proposals for system installation and service opportunities.
• Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance and industry associations.
• Partner with operations to execute growth, development, sales and marketing of all solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans to meet customer requirements.
