Job summary

SWC Group in Carrollton, TX is seeking an entry-level Collections Agent to help collect on delinquent accounts for Spectrum, Comcast, T-Mobile and NTTA. The position offers training, a base pay of $13/hour, a bilingual differential of $2/hour after passing a Spanish test, and a monthly bonus based on performance.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 40 hours with some evenings and one Saturday per month; quick onboarding and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and drug test required for campaign.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using collection software while maintaining professionalism and adhering to laws.
• Meets production goals for servicing delinquent accounts without compromising service quality.
• Notates each account with actions and results, handling PCI data securely.
• Complies with state and federal collection regulations and client operating standards.
• Navigates multiple screens/systems and keeps accurate records of activities.

Summary:Come join our team and help collect outstanding debts for our clients Spectrum, Comcast, T-Mobile, and NTTA. If you have face to face customer experience or call center experience, you are encouraged to apply.
