Qualifications

• Top Priority: Student Loan & Purchased Debt Collections.
• Strong experience in payment negotiations and account resolution.
• At least 12 months of collections or related customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone regarding outstanding balances and repayment options.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
• Assess customers' financial situations and identify appropriate repayment solutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and hardship options within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate account documentation after every interaction.
• Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and collections.
