No collections experience? That’s okay—we provide training and ongoing coaching. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with performance bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, call center, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly about payment options and requirements.
• Comfortable handling sensitive financial information.
