Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1-2 years of experience in collections or a similar contact center role.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Update customer accounts and document collection activities.
• Handle disputes and maintain contact with debtors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
