Responsibilities

• Work a group of delinquent accounts via automated dialer to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Document all actions taken on accounts in the system of record.
• Service accounts as needed; update addresses, phone numbers and emails.
• Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance performance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
