Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Collections Strategy Manager to drive data-driven initiatives across collections. You will lead defined workstreams in partnership with IT, Compliance, and external vendors, translating analysis into actionable recommendations to strengthen process effectiveness and performance.

This role requires 5–7 years in collections or related operations, plus experience with SQL/BI tools and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in collections, risk, or related business operations.
• Experience supporting strategy, analysis, process improvement, or operational performance initiatives.
• Automotive finance, captive finance, or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SQL/BI tools or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined Collections strategy workstreams from planning through implementation with IT, Compliance, and vendors.
• Analyze collections processes to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Support testing by designing and implementing A/B tests to evaluate activities.
• Coach leaders and stakeholders to close performance gaps and improve outcomes.
