Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an Account Servicing Associate to support our Account Servicing team across multiple channels, ensuring requests are processed on time and in compliance. The role focuses on title processing, VPP cancellations, claims, and lease buyouts, with strong emphasis on customer experience and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service within a fast-paced operation, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and can multitask in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Auto finance experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across the organization.
• Self-motivated, professional demeanor, and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Process account servicing requests, including title processes, VPP cancellations, total loss claims, and lease buyouts, per SLAs.
• Respond to emails and resolve escalated account issues within designated timeframes.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Prepare, send, and archive documentation per policies and procedures.
• Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, or third-party contacts to support account servicing.
