Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, risk, or financial services operations preferred.
• Ability to research complex problems and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with SQL/BI tools for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead collections strategy workstreams from planning through implementation.
• Partner with IT, Compliance, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve process efficiency.
• Design and support A/B tests to evaluate operational activities.
• Coach teams and drive performance improvements across departments.
