Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Collections Strategy Manager to drive data‑driven strategy in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with IT, Compliance, and vendors to evaluate processes, identify improvements, and translate findings into actionable plans that elevate performance across collections teams.

You will lead defined workstreams, develop testing strategies, and coach leaders to close gaps, leveraging SQL/BI tools and advanced analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in collections, risk, or financial services operations.
• Experience with SQL/BI tools or programming.
• Ability to analyze data and present fact-based recommendations.
• Strong communication with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead collections strategy workstreams from planning through implementation.
• Partner with IT, Compliance, and vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Design and support testing strategies, including A/B tests.
• Coach leaders and stakeholders to close performance gaps and drive outcomes.
