Job Description

• Manage a high volume of bank-returned payments related to FSA, Health & Benefits, 401(k), debit card, and other ancillary products, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances.


• Contact clients to research and resolve unsuccessful payments, identify root causes, and recover funds while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.


• Educate clients on payment processes, banking requirements, and preventative measures to reduce future bank returns and improve account performance.


• Investigate account activity, document findings, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and support accurate account records.


• Handle challenging collections and financial conversations with confidence, balancing outstanding recovery efforts with exceptional customer service and relationship management.
