We're partnering with a successful and growing company seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Collector to manage a high-volume B2B portfolio and drive collections performance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect on a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts
• Contact customers via phone and email regarding past-due balances
• Resolve payment disputes, deductions, short pays, and unapplied cash
• Maintain accurate account notes and collection records in ERP systems
• Partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues
• Meet or exceed collection goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B Accounts Receivable or commercial collections experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Preferred

• Manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industry experience
