ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley invites applications for the position of Collections Specialist based in California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance our accounts receivable processes. The successful candidate will manage aging accounts and collaborate closely with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators to ensure timely collection of dues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience.
• Experience collecting payments from insurance carriers, TPAs, commercial accounts, or customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage aging accounts and collection efforts.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters and TPAs.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Partner with operations teams to obtain supporting documentation.
• Reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection timelines.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-up notes.

Skills

Experience in restoration, construction, healthcare, or insurance collections
