This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance our accounts receivable processes. The successful candidate will manage aging accounts and collaborate closely with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators to ensure timely collection of dues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience.
• Experience collecting payments from insurance carriers, TPAs, commercial accounts, or customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage aging accounts and collection efforts.
• Work directly with insurance adjusters and TPAs.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Partner with operations teams to obtain supporting documentation.
• Reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection timelines.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-up notes.
