ARMStrong Insurance Services is seeking a Collections Recovery Specialist for the Paragon team. This remote role centers on follow-up calls to policyholders, resolving questions, and securing payment.

You will review invoices, handle inquiries via phone and email, and contribute to excellent customer service while maintaining timely progress in a fast-paced environment. Experience in insurance collections is a plus.

Collections Recovery Specialist

Paragon is seeking a Recovery Specialist as we continue to grow our team. Recovery Specialists perform follow-up phone calls on invoices, answering questions and solving problems to secure payment. This position requires heavy use of phone calls and some emails to follow up on balances due from policy holders. Recovery Specialist also focuses on customer services by problem solving and answering questions on current or past billings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Electronically reviews insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders.
• Perform daily problem solving on previously billed invoices and supports the internal recovery department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Ability to problem solve
• Computer Skills / Ability to keyboard 45 words per minute
• Excellent English communication/telephone competencies
• Strong interpersonal skills with great organization
• Telephone expertise in collections or customer service preferred but not required
• Background in insurance industry is a plus but not required
• Bilingual a huge plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

• $40,000 per year plus commission (DOE)
