Job summary

WasteFree is hiring a Part Time Trash Collection Specialist in Celina, TX. Must own a pickup truck and have a valid driver’s license. Attendance for Sunday to Thursday evenings from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM is required, with pay at $20 per hour.

Training and growth opportunities are provided, along with bonuses and incentives. Position offers mostly autonomous work with mentoring and advancement potential. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in all weather conditions, and be able to

Qualifications

• Must own a pickup truck and be willing to use it for trash collection.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone with data plan required.
• Currently employed full-time
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Document dumpster/compactor condition upon arrival using our Service App.
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned communities.
• Document violations and unit numbers with photos and Work Log submissions.
• Report issues to district manager as needed.

Requirements

• Own a pick-up truck and be willing to utilize it for trash collection.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Currently employed full-time
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
• Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances
• Positive attitude is a must
  

Responsibilities

• Upon arrival, document the condition of dumpsters/compactors using our Service App
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift
• Track and report any issues or concern to your district manager.
