Job summary

WasteFree in Celina, TX is hiring drivers for evening trash collection. You must own a pick-up truck and have a valid driver’s license with insurance. Pay is competitive with bonuses and opportunities for growth.

Shifts run Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with hands-on training provided and strong emphasis on reliability. Work can be mostly autonomous with incentives and mentoring programs to support career development.

Qualifications

• Own a pick-up truck and be willing to use it for trash collection.
• Valid state driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Currently employed full-time.
• Punctual, dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances.
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Document the condition of dumpsters/compactors on arrival using the Service App.
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned communities.
• Document violations and unit numbers with photos and log submission at shift end.
• Track and report issues to district manager.

Requirements

• Own a pick-up truck and be willing to utilize it for trash collection.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Currently employed full-time
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
• Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances
• Positive attitude is a must

Responsibilities

• Upon arrival, document the condition of dumpsters/compactors using our Service App
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift
• Track and report any issues or concern to your district manager.
