Job summary

WasteFree in Celina, TX, is seeking energetic individuals for evening trash collection. Shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, paying $20 per hour. A pickup truck is required to perform the duties and transport waste from residential units.

You will log job details via our app and report issues to management. Benefits include hands-on training, bonus opportunities, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a pickup truck and be willing to use it for trash collection.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Currently employed full-time
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
• Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances
• Positive attitude is a must

Responsibilities

• Document the condition of dumpsters/compactors upon arrival using the Service App
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with the Work Log at the end of each shift
• Track and report any issues or concern to the district manager
