Job summary

WasteFree in Celina, TX, is seeking energetic individuals for evening trash collection. Shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, paying $20 per hour. A pickup truck is required to perform the duties and transport waste from residential units.

You will log job details via our app and report issues to management. Benefits include hands-on training, bonus opportunities, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

Must have a pickup truck and be willing to use it for trash collection.
Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license and vehicle insurance
Have a smartphone with a data plan
Currently employed full-time
Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances
Positive attitude is a must

Responsibilities

Document the condition of dumpsters/compactors upon arrival using the Service App
Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities
Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with the Work Log at the end of each shift
Track and report any issues or concern to the district manager
