Job summary

WasteFree in Argyle, Wisconsin is hiring for an evening trash collection position. You will work Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, earning $20 per hour. A pickup truck is required, along with a valid driver's license and smartphone with data plan.

You\'ll collect household trash and recycling from residential units, document conditions, and report any issues to the district manager. The role emphasizes independence with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must own a pickup truck and be willing to use it for trash collection.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan.
• Currently employed full-time.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Punctual, dependable, and a strong work ethic.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Document dumpster/compactor condition upon arrival.
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned communities.
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift.
• Track and report any issues to your district manager.

Requirements:

• Own a pick‑up truck and be willing to utilize it for trash collection.
• Possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Currently employed full‑time
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
• Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances
• Positive attitude is a must

Responsibilities:

• Upon arrival, document the condition of dumpsters/compactors using our Service App
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift
• Track and report any issues or concern to your district manager.
