Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Collateral Management Associate to support delinquent accounts by gathering and updating vehicle location information. You will use approved skip-tracing tools, validate data, and liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate collateral status and smooth repossession processes.

The role requires 0–2 years in collections or related finance experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of collections or related experience.
• Exposure to repossession, collateral recovery, or skip-tracing processes preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support collateral recovery by gathering and updating location information for delinquent accounts.
• Use skip-tracing tools and follow procedures to identify collateral locations.
• Update internal systems with accurate account activity and status.
• Communicate updates to internal partners and approved vendors as needed.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
