Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Skip Tracing Associate to support delinquent account resolution. You will research, verify, and update contact information, contact customers and authorized third parties, and assist with payment arrangements in a structured collections environment.

Volunteer to work with daily phone-based collection activity on past-due accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of skip tracing and collections experience.
• Experience with account management systems and databases is preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance-focused environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, verify, and update customer contact information using approved skip tracing tools.
• Contact customers and third parties to verify status and discuss payment arrangements.
• Document activity accurately and follow policies and procedures.
