Responsibilities

• Work an assigned queue of repossession accounts using established processes and skip-tracing tools.
• Update vehicle location information with approved vendors and internal partners.
• Review accounts to identify missing or inaccurate location information and escalate as needed.
• Document activity and enter updates into internal systems per policy.
