Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Document Administration Collateral Specialist II to receive, catalog, and ship collateral and servicing documents. You’ll coordinate with investors, custodians, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate record-keeping across systems.

You will monitor inventories, update MERS and image repositories, and support loss mitigation, foreclosure, and related processes with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of mortgage servicing and related processes.
• Familiar with post-closing, loss mitigation, foreclosure and REO workflows.
• Experience with servicing and document custody systems encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation is completed within task SLAs.
• Coordinate with investors, custodians, and vendors to obtain required files.
• Maintain inventory of physical collateral and servicing files.
• Prepare reporting for management, investors and vendors.
