• Knowledge of mortgage servicing processes (post closing, loss mitigation, foreclosure).
• Experience in document administration or mortgage servicing.
• Ability to handle confidential material professionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive, catalog, and ship collateral and servicing documents.
• Communicate with vendors and servicing partners to expedite requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory and update systems with loan data.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and ensure SLAs are met.
