Responsibilities include managing files, reporting, handling payments, and marketing outreach to retain residents. Requires at least 6 months in property management and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment.
• Organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques and respond to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs.
