Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the community.

Responsibilities include reporting, resident service, rent collection, and lease administration. The role requires 6 months in property management, strong communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to requests.
• Collect rents and monitor evictions, skips, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and finalize move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, unit specs, availability, and market conditions.
• Support resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
