Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.

The role involves handling file management, resident requests, rent collection, evictions coordination, leasing processes, and maintaining PM software data accuracy. A customer-service mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run reports.
• Provide courteous responses to resident requests using proper customer service techniques.
• Collect money due and oversee audits, evictions, skips, and move-outs by inspecting units.
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel during evictions.
• Maintain move-in/out and renewals files and enter data into PM software.
• Oversee renters insurance procedures and deposits; process applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for showing and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, and market conditions; explain policies.
