Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include reporting, resident service, evictions coordination, and maintaining PM software data.

The role requires customer service experience, 6 months in property management, and strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous resident service and handle requests.
• Collect monies due and oversee evictions or move-outs.
• Communicate with outside legal counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out files and enter data in PM software.
• Oversee renter’s insurance procedures.
• Collect deposits and process applications.
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for showings.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, unit specs, and policies.
• Engage with apartment locators and local businesses.
• Shop nearby properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
