Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.

The role requires at least 6 months in property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ensuring resident satisfaction, lease administration, and coordination with external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter lease data into property management software and finalize move in/out files.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Coordinate with apartment locator services and local businesses for information material.
• Conduct outreach marketing and resident retention initiatives.
