Protouch Staffing is seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in storage construction, refrigeration, and industrial markets. You will generate leads, manage relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and contractors, and present solutions to drive growth.

Responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams, and traveling to meet clients and inspect sites.

Formación

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, outside sales, business development, construction sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and business development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present sales proposals and technical solutions.
• Demonstrated negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20 to 75 percent, depending on business needs.
• Ability to attend customer meetings, construction site visits, trade shows, and industry events.

• Generate leads through calling, networking, referrals, trade shows, industry events, internet research, and social media.
• Identify prospective customers, owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and facility managers.
• Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to promote construction capabilities and services.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
• Drive profitable sales across construction, refrigeration, equipment, installation, repair, and material offerings.
