NewCold is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead design-build projects in refrigerated warehouse facilities. You will organize construction procedures, oversee schedules, budgets, and ensure quality on site as the Owner representative.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in industrial construction, strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, OSHA standards, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction management experience in industrial facilities.
• Experience with refrigerated warehouses or cold storage is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, scheduling, cost control and quality management.

Responsabilités

• Act as on-site representative for NewCold throughout planning, construction, and turnover.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with general contractor, design team, suppliers, and regulators.
• Monitor progress, manage schedules, and validate change orders.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow, and cost trends.
• Implement quality management and conduct site inspections.
