Job summary

CleanSpace Modular LLC, with its ColdSpace division, seeks a Vice President of Sales to lead the national sales strategy for food processing and cold storage projects. You will build a nationwide pipeline, set targets, and drive revenue across key markets and accounts.

You will collaborate with Estimating, Preconstruction, Design, Procurement, and Construction to qualify opportunities and ensure seamless transition from sales to execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales and business development experience in related industries.
• Experience selling large-scale construction or capital projects.
• Established relationships within food processing or cold storage sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ColdSpace's national sales strategy and revenue plan.
• Identify priority markets, sectors, and target accounts.
• Build and maintain a national pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from qualification to contract award and handoff to project teams.
