Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead the coffeehouse’s daily operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team in White Bear Lake, MN. You will guide the guest experience, maintain brand standards, and manage staffing, training, and store performance across channels.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to safety and company policies, while collaborating with regional leadership to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for tasks.
• Ability to work full-time (40-47 hours per week) with overtime.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience with sales building, P&L, recruitment, and training.
• Proficiency with Toast, CrunchTime, Teamwox, EcoSure, Medallia, Workday, and Beekeeper.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
