Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a General Manager to oversee a coffeehouse’s performance, staff, and guest experience, reporting to Area or District Manager. You will lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and drive sales while upholding Caribou’s purpose and culture.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory, and ensuring opening hours and top-notch service; you will own the P&L and ensure safety, guest satisfaction, and community impact.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels and schedule across shifts.
• Lead guest service to Caribou's STAR model.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Own cash handling, loss prevention, and inventory control.
• Develop and coach team through onboarding and training.
