Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Manager for the 7 Brew stand at 4262 Cemetery Road, Hilliard, OH. The Manager assumes responsibility for location growth, profitable operations, and the preservation of culture, mission, and values.

You will coach and train the crew, oversee shifts, handle admin duties, schedule weekly coverage, monitor inventory and cash handling, ensure health requirements, and develop new leaders while reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available via phone or in person to address stand needs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for hours and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain short wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
• Create weekly shift schedules with cost-conscious labor management.
• Monitor inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits are correctly processed.
• Develop new leaders and communicate directives from upper management.
• Lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure.
