Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a 7 Brew stand in Salem, OH. You will drive location growth, ensure profitable operations, and uphold the brand culture and values while coaching the team and overseeing daily duties.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory control, health and safety compliance, and developing leaders to deliver fast service and strong guest experiences in a busy drive-thru environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule incl. early mornings and late nights.
Weekend and holiday work as needed.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
Provide regular feedback to team members on growth.
Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and service speed.
Monitor inventory, wares, and equipment.
Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand.
Lead team meetings and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
Develop new leaders and communicate directives from management.
Delegate tasks to improve efficiency and development.
Maintain health requirements and safety standards.
