Job summary

7 Brew in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Manager to lead a 40+ team, grow the location, and uphold the culture and values. The role includes coaching, training, administrative duties, and overseeing daily operations at the stand(s). Reports to the District Manager.

You will schedule shifts, monitor inventory, handle cash, develop leaders, and implement directives from upper management. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Willing to coach, observe, train and perform administrative duties outside scheduled shifts.
• Regular weekend and holiday availability; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and service speed.
• Oversee inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling and deposits are accurate.
• Develop leaders and communicate directives from management.
• Delegate tasks to leadership team to improve efficiency.
