Responsibilities

• Lead location growth, profitable operation, and uphold 7 Brew culture and values.
• Coach, train, and oversee stand crew and shifts.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and service speed.
• Ensure inventory, small wares, equipment, and cash handling procedures.
• Facilitate team development and communicate directives from management.
• Address operational, procedural, or cultural issues with the team.
• Develop new leaders and maintain health and safety standards.
