Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Manager for the 7 Brew location at 3705 Massillon Road, Uniontown, OH. You will lead a stand, drive growth, and uphold our culture, mission, and values while coaching a 40+ team.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, admin duties, inventory control, cash handling, and delivering fast, friendly service. Must be flexible, with a high school diploma, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Coach, observe, train, and perform administrative duties outside scheduled shifts.
• Regularly work weekends and be available to work holidays.
• Available by phone or in person to address stand needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, bottles, and dairy products.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for hours.
• Climb a ladder and use a stepladder.
• Lead and develop the team during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement.
• Provide regular feedback to each team member on strengths and areas of growth.
• Create a weekly shift schedule, maintaining a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, small wares, and equipment.
• Ensure appropriate cash handling, deposits, and change.
• Facilitate team bonding and development through regular meetings and events.
• Take ownership of solutions and delegate tasks to leadership.
• Communicate directives from upper management.
• Develop new leaders and adapt to problems with solutions.
• Address operational, procedural, or cultural issues with team members.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
