Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Store Manager for a 7 Brew stand in Cleveland, OH. The Manager leads the crew, drives location growth, and preserves the company culture, mission, and values.

You will coach, train, perform administrative duties, and oversee daily operations, reporting to the District Manager. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, maintaining wait times and cleanliness, coaching team members, managing inventory and cash handling, and ensuring health

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Coach, observe, train and perform administrative duties as needed.
• Available by phone or in person to address stand needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work outside in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness and customer interactions through coaching.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules with cost control and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, small wares and equipment.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits and proper change.
• Lead team bonding and development through regular meetings.
• Develop new leaders and communicate directives from leadership.
